Unused or defective merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund with in 30 days of purchase.

If something is not quite right, please contact us with in 7 days or soon as possible after receiving product(s).

Please Note: all gift cards, certificates, swimwear, undergarments and clearance merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Also, shipping & handling is not refundable for returns and exchanges.

We highly recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with the ability to contact the appropriate source in the event that your package is lost in transit. ( Crucial Vibes Unlimited can not be responsible for returns lost in shipping)

Return for Refund:

Please mail the merchandise you would like to return with the Return and Exchange form (link pending)

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. For returns from international and APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping cost r/t exchange/refunds.

Exchanges:

Should one require another size or want a different color... Please mail the merchandise you would like to exchange with the Return and Exchange form (link pending). Please indicate on the form the items(s) you would like to receive in exchange.

Your original payment method will be charge or credited when the exchange is processed. Please note that the customer is responsible for all the cost of return shipping as well as any new shipping charges for the exchanged item(s).

Swimwear and Undergarment Return Policy:

Due to hygienic reasons bathing suits, bikinis, board shorts and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

Therefore, All bathing suit, bikini, board shorts, & undergarment sales are final. No Refund or exchanges.

Please make your sizes and color choices with care.
